(for all types of bodies)

Custom-built monocoque seamless frameless moulded composite construction using VART (Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer) process.

The manufacturing process is NOT a panel process. The 2 sides, roof, front and rear walls are vacuum moulded in a continuous operation to provide a complete ONE-PIECE BODY SHELL

The technique, unique to Fairfax Industries, has been refined from an original patented process and has now been developed to such an extent the company is recognised both nationally and internationally for its use of Advanced Composites Technology (ACT). The disadvantage of speed and initial cost compared to frame and panel construction is far offset by advantages in use.

Our unique FACT floor (Fairfax Advanced Composite Technology) (optional) has no steel in the base frame. This adds to structural and torsional strength, thermal insulation and reduces vehicle weight.

No Joins = One piece continuous construction. Stronger than steel
Rounded corners for strength = No weak square joins. No metal to fail
Stiff body = can’t twist a tube
